In response to Ed's piece "Late to the Party," Billy brought to Ed's attention an article he wrote in March, where Billy did indeed call out the "Cabal of Complainers" and pointed out the City Manager's litany of accomplishments; therefore, Ed gave his sincerest apologies (but still stands by the rest of "Late to the Party" and its message to those that stay silent while someone is being repeatedly attacked).
