During Monday's special City Council reorganization meeting, the Laguna Beach City Council selected Alex Rounaghi to serve as Mayor. Mayor Rounaghi proved he was ready, successfully chairing a long Tuesday meeting of complex issues, and providing clear and understandable responses in this first discussion with Ed, while traveling to a Mayors' conference.
